Hi! My name is Gladys, and I am an artist, storyteller, and creative spirit who has always found joy in bringing beauty into the world. Before I was diagnosed with ALS, I worked as a silk artist and shared my art in exhibits, fairs, and galleries. Although ALS changed my physical abilities and left me unable to move my arms and hands, it did not take away my imagination or my desire to create. I began using images from my earlier silk artwork to design notecards, I enjoy creating them for you to write in your own words. and in the process of creating them I discovered a new way to write by using my eyes to type. Today, I continue creating stories and art with courage, faith, and determination, proving that creativity can still flourish even in the face of great challenges.
